Mobile OT means we come to you — in your home, school, daycare, or any community setting. It removes logistical stress and supports your child in their natural environments.

Yes — we often collaborate with teachers, EAs and SLPs to support your child directly in their learning environment.

Yes — all services include receipts with the OT registration number for reimbursement.

No — we currently have availability!

No referral is needed. You can contact us directly at any time.

No. Private OT services in Ontario are not covered by OHIP.

Most extended health plans do cover Occupational Therapy when provided by a registered OT. Speak to your provider for more details.

We do not offer direct billing.
Families pay after each session and receive an OT receipt to submit for reimbursement. -
Yes! We offer virtual parent coaching, school consultations, and follow-up appointments when appropriate.
Hands-on therapy is typically done in person, but virtual options remain available as needed. -
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee. -
Yes! OTA treatment sessions are covered by OAP. Although insurance plans can vary, most will cover treatment provided by an OTA. Please make sure to contact your insurance company for more information.
